All my business. I myself have been to both body shops and found that Welcome's was best by far! They were on time with the repairs, as South Side was late, Welcome's work was very clean as was their office to boot, South Side also left more than enough overspray on the cab of my truck which I ended up cleaning off myself, so Welcome's Auto Body (If I need work done in the future) will have all my business. Thanks Guys!!!! You ARE the best!

Crapy Service Award. AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHAHHHH!!!

I'm a long time resident of the area 7+ years have always gone to South Shore Auto body until I had to go to Welcomes because the guy that ran into me had insurance that only covered Welcomes work.

I took my car in on a Monday morning to get an estimate, and then set up an appointment for the following week.

Took my truck in to get a bumper replaced, and asked will you have time to get to me today or should I rent a car? "Oh we'll get to you today......." said Welcomes.

I called later that day to see when I could pick it up....

Welcomes: "Well it might be ready Wednesday or Thursday we have to order parts"

ME: "you said you would get to it today?"

Welcomes: "we did, we ordered the parts, and it will be ready Wednesday or Thursday."

I decided I could go a day or two with out a truck. Then called early Thursday morning to see where they were with my truck.

That tool just told me it might be ready Friday? Might be, WTF Monday morning he said he would get to it that day, Monday evening he said Wednesday or Thursday it would be ready, now this morning he said it might be ready Friday.

Here is our conversation after he said ?Might be Friday"

ME: "That is not what you said Monday when I called you; you said it would be ready Wednesday or Thursday."

Welcomes: "no I said Friday"

ME: "I'm not going to argue about this it need to be ready today, I need to be in Reno tomorrow morning."

Welcomes: Well it might be ready tomorrow morning.

ME: No it will be ready tonight I will come pick it up, see you then.

I hate Welcomes Auto body please take my advice and go to South Shore auto body, much better Service and realistic timelines.
