I am so impressed with Jamie, my service advisor. I had an emergency and needed to get my car in late in the day. Jamie stayed with me, even after the servie department closed until my vehicle was completed.

Dear Future Ford of Roseville,
We hereby do solemnly promise NEVER to purchase, trade-in or do ANY vehicle transactions with your company again.
Even though we’ve won this intellectual battle, this letter serves as a cautionary tale of how dealerships, such as you, conduct business with unsuspecting customers with a YO YO SCAM!! Who would’ve thought that a CERTIFIED RESCIND LETTER sent to our home would be considered a Prop for buying your finance dept more time and not an actual legal document that it actually is.
That fact of the matter is that in your quest for a sale, commission and so called “commitment to your customers”; you’ve become blinded as you have undoubtedly lost your sense of humanity by cheaply selling your souls for GREED!! The arrogance you have to think that a woman couldn’t or wouldn’t stand up to your Greed Machine by doing a little research, confront your BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES publicly.
I thank you for this costly learning experience...the time you’ve taken away from us, scrambling to figure out how to keep us shackled to you during a family crisis will be reclaimed by KARMA INC. I now have further knowledge than before for my family and our friends sake. I don’t expect anyone to heed our advice, but at least I can rest easily knowing that I’ve made others aware that your dealership/company are led my common thieves.
I'm a 22 year old guy who went in to the Roseville auto mall looking for a vehicle, I needed to replace my 1997 Cavalier and didn't have a lot of money to work with.
I went in on a Thursday ready to sign my life away on the loan papers for a 2009 Nissan, and after the second test drive and 10 minutes, they came up and told me "You're all done, car is yours, ready to go..".
Naturally I sorta freaked out, thinking they were just trying to get me to sign the loan papers without seeing what the interest rate was or hoping we wouldn't talk price, so I asked. "No, you don't have a loan, or interest, or payments. Someone anonymously called in last night and paid for your car in full over the phone. We've been waiting since then to make sure you came out and still liked the car before we told you.."
My buddy and I sat there rather dumbfounded and asked them if it was a scam, it wasn't. An anonymous caller paid off my car in full, all I ended up doing was trading in my old car towards it. Four hours later I drove out of the parking lot in a 2009 Nissan with less then 60,000 miles on it.
Every salesman knew what was going on, and no one said anything till after the finance guy told me what happened. I'm still speechless as to what my response should be, but all the guys there were just really friendly and honestly I have no idea how they all managed to keep straight faces.
Huge thanks to: Travis, Jesus, AJ, and Alex, you guys made this a blast. Any vehicle I look at getting in the (distant) future will be from you. 5 Stars across the board for all of you.
Alex is one of the sales guys there that although he received no commission off my car, he sat down with us and kept us preoccupied so the time seemed to go faster. Awesome job man, it was cool talking to you, and grateful for everything you all did.
From my experience at the Roseville Automall, Future Ford is where its at. Avoid Infiniti at all costs, they stereotype every customer that walks in and hound you like lobbyists.
If the person who bought me the car ever reads the reviews I'm putting up, just want whoever you are to know I'm incredibly grateful for the generosity that was displayed and someday I hope I can pass it on and do something similar for someone else.
THIS IS FOR SALES DEPARTMENT: I just bought a car from these guys last month and I have to admit the service was better than okay, they skip the nonsense and answer your questions with facts, which made my car buying process relatively fast. That finance guy was real fast too, I just said I will take it and they asked me to wait inside and if I wanted a nice cold beverage, five minutes later the guy had the paperwork ready for me, even though he was fast he still took to the time to make sure I understood what iw as signing. The price they were offering was decent - more or less along the lines of what some dealer websites were offering. The overall I would say its not a bad place better than most other dealerships ive been too.
Service Department Customer – I absolutely love Future Ford im used to really creepy car repair men but everyone here is friendly and have never made me feel uncomfortable. My dad always warned me when getting anything done to my car that people will typically try to take advantage of women because they assume they don’t know anything about cars, they are right when it comes to me, so when I came by to get my oil changed they told me it was going to forty-five dollars for a synthetic oil change, so I called my dad and he told me that’s reasonable, so of course I left my car with them and came back to find they had cleaned my car! Great service and friendly people!
Great service department! – I`m very satisfied with the service. Rick was very pleasant and very informative. His customer Service was outstanding and he was able to assist myself and another customer that had been waiting to ask a question. There should be more CSR people with his sense of humor and dedication
Good place for service and to buy a car! – I stopped by on my lunch break to check out a used Jeep on their lot. The sales person that approached me was very helpful and not pushy. The suv was in pretty good shape and had low miles and had a descent price. I was able to talk them down to a price I could afford and we made a deal. I was in and out in about an hour!
The warranty was also priced really well and so was the rate.
I drive to Roseville to get my oil changes every few months and they are always quick and friendly.
