This restaurant mistreats their customers. I was at this restaurant on June 17, 2008. I am an Asian, and I went there with my Hispanic friend. The restaurant was very quiet with about five groups of customers and a couple of servers working. We waited to be seated for about ten minutes when there was not a single other person waiting. Several staff members looked at us, but not a single one took the time to seat us or even greet us. Finally, the bartender seated us with hardly saying anything. Then, we were waiting to order for more than 30 minutes. During this time, several servers walked by numerous times without even recognizing us. This horrible service made us very uncomfortable, so we decided to leave. We proceeded to leave the restaurant, and not a single person from the staff even cared to ask why. We were disgusted and saddened, so we decided to report how we were treated to the manager. When we called the manager, he did not offer us so much as an apology. While I can not give a review of their food because I did not get a chance to try it, I can say this: STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTARAUNT AT ALL COSTS. It is too frequent that businesses get away with this sort of horrible service when they should not. It would not matter to me if this was the best BBQ west of Tennessee, I still would not eat there. However, as you can tell by the other reviews, the food is not even well reviewed. So, do yourself a favor, if you are craving some BBQ, try one of the numbers of other BBQ restaurants in this area. I am sure they will be glad to have your business.

Great all around! Service was outstanding!. We really liked the food, and the Service was great! They got my 2 year old Daughters food started right away (which I love!), and had my drink in front of my right away. The sides were outstanding here! Beans, and Potato salad were both very good. We liked the food a lot. GREAT BBQ SAUCE!

I'd go back for sure.

Disappointing Food Great Service. I took two friends for lunch on a Wednesday as they had never had pulled pork or Brunswick Stew. The Brunswick Stew was flavorful but not really Brunswick Stew. The pulled pork was tough with it's only flavor being in the sauce. The potatos were instant potatos and very bland. I get better ribs buying Llotds ribs from the grocery and micro-waving them. The sauce was a Texas or KC style not Memphis or Southern like I was expecting. The Slaw was differant, the baked beans were alright.

Disappointing BBQ. We tried Memphis BBQ late on a weeknight, both of us very hungry. The barn-like restaurant was very quiet, I imagine it's fun on busy nights. The service was very good, but the food was disappointing across the board. The half chicken was small, dry and stringy. The pork ribs were a little better but still dry and overcooked. The BBQ sauce was thin and vinegary, not to my liking. The beans were very good, but the novel sounding mustard slaw was bland and unappetizing. I've had better food at potlucks.

The service was the only high point, friendly, efficient, fast and thorough.
