One of our favorites. We try a lot of different restaurants--Mexican or Greek one week, sushi or steakhouse the next--but Three Sisters is one place we always go back to. The food is among the best Mexican food we've found, and with rare exceptions the service is also superior. The only time we've been less than thrilled was when they were packed, resulting in slow service. But they're packed for a reason, when the restaurant across the street is empty there are people waiting to get into Three Sisters--what does that tell you? Maybe we're biased because the staff recognize us and take us to our favorite table with a smile, but we wouldn't go there so often if we weren't happy customers. Three Sisters gets our enthusiastic recommendation.
thee sisters mexican restaurant.
I love the place the food is great the owners are very friendly ,the margaritas are the best. I was yesterday
there it was a lady complaint just because she dint got his bill right away, there were very busy like always the waitress were doing there best this lady star screaming
to one of the waitress ,she was so rude ,I was sitting near
them ,they got a good service got everything they ask for
even though they were very busy .great food and all the employees are very friendly, polite
worst mexican resteraunt. i went there yesterday and wow ive never seen a restaurant in such disarray.it took over a half hour to get the drinks.then the waitress was so rude.the food only half the order came in good time the other half was like 10 min later so my husband was done before i got mine.which was the fajita mix. both agree not worth the money .i mean even not enough tortillas.then there was an issue with the ticket and they got the owner.she is such a rude unintelligent woman.as rude as her employees and they was bad i can live with 1 or 2 mistakes but this place really deserves less than one star i wish there was negative stars because they deserve it.honestly taco bell is much better and cheaper and there you will not leave hungry .
BEST MEXICAN RESTAURANT I HAVE BEEN TO!. I have been going to this restaurant for years and have never had a bad meal or experience. It is clean, nicely decorated, and the owners are the friendliest people I've met in a restaurant. I love having lunch. I'm in and out quickly. I've brought friends and co-workers and all have enjoyed and raved about the place. I have zero complaints and hope they are around for years to come!
What happened?. My husband and I have been here a few times but this past Friday was the worst experience. I realize it was 6:30 on a Friday night but they just seem to be so understaffed. We were seated and waited like 10 minutes before we were brought chips and water, no salsa and she didn't take our drink order. Then another 10 minutes later someone came with salsa and took our drink order, and we didn't even order anything from the bar! A lemonade and an iced tea. Then About 15 minutes later someone else came by and took our food order and we didn't see her again for about half an hour when she came back and asked what we had ordered! She obviously had lost our order or didn't place it. I seriously sat and watched people come in after us, be seated, order, eat and leave before we got our meal. The food is delicious, don't get me wrong, but they really need some better management and more waitstaff. I think there were three waitresses serving a packed house and bar and half of the patio was full as well. The part that irritated me was that they were unapologetic for our food mix up.
Terrible Service, Food NOT Worth The Price!!, Smells Very Bad Inside!, Would NOT Return! and NO Good Parking available, Very RUDE Staff!!.

Warning to everyone..., STAY AWAY!!!
Great service/Great food. My husband and I moved to Sacramento from Roseville one year ago. We've been to Three Sisters many times. We especially enjoy dining outside and have brought our baby granddaughter. We often see families enjoying Sacramento's wonderful warm evenings. Service has been excellent every time and we love the food. My favorite is the carne asada while my husband likes the shrimp dishes. I'm surprised at the freshness of the tomatoes even in winter. After living in Roseville (chain restaurant heaven), we appreciate the individuality of this restaurant.
YUM YUM!!. I think the first thing to remember is this is SOUTHWESTERN Cuisine not MEXICAN FOOD. I had my first visit and can't wait to go back again! I found the food to be exciting in flavor and loved the deviation from refried beans and red rice!! The variety of sauces that are offered is a tremendous plus as well. This is not your ordinary mexican food folks!!!
more expensive than you would think. we went for dinner and were surprised at the high prices...food was okay but not worth the price. the menu was also a little different than what you would expect from a typical mexican restaurant. friendly service but the overpriced and unimpressive food was a letdown...next time we will look at a menu first!
Great Southwest Food. If anyone thinks this is a Mexican Restraurant they are mistaken. This is Southwest cooking at its best. This is not the "Campbells" tomato soup sauce that so many in this area seem to enjoy. The service is great, the food is spicy--not for the mild palate people. You won't find better SW food outside of New Mexico. And for those of you who panned this place, stay away, go someplace else and eat your tomato soup.
