beware.
As a former employee of the bakery (2007-2008) I would urge you never to purchase anything from here. The sanitation practices are horrible at best. Im talking mold in many of the bread machines, product that sits out for days before it is packaged as fresh. Many of the things that are used by the cake decorators sit in the fridge and mold excessively.
If there is ever a question of my sincerity, all you need to do is look in the bakery at about 8:00 and look at all the racks with product on it covered in plastic. Your fresh made cookies, breads, and pastries are often times a day or so old before they are even packaged.
The fresh muffin case is a joke. If you think those are fresh daily you are sadly mistaken. I was a witness on several occasions to bakers who were sick working with no gloves, blowing their nose on the floor, no hair nets, not washing their hands, nor using any sort of clean baking pans (how good do you think cookies taste on a pan used the day before for jalapeno bread?).
