BEST NAIL SHOP IN SACRAMENTO!!!. Where else in town can you get just about ANYTHING painted on your nails for $20.00?? Carol Buchanan (owner/operator) treats each one of her clients special, does not skimp on quality (no electric files here ladies!) and will put everything from your favorite Sacramento Kings player # in matching colors (or Lakers, etc, whatever) to flowers, hoops, french manicures, whatever. She can put the same thing on your toes that she does on your hands, and everything you get charged for in other shops are included in the cost of the $20.00 fill. A clean, comfortable shop, you can make appointments months in advance, and good conversation. Take some time out to treat yourself and give Carol a call...I have been a faithful client of hers for 11 years!
