disappointed in practice and knowledge.. Long wait times. I am a fairly new patient and I've come from a great practice. Had to switch to UC Davis due to insurance. It's been a negative experience. Tried to have my son see this doctor. I was surprised to be referred to urgent care so often. I have many doctors in my family. Due to lack of availability with this practice I took my son to see them. When bringing in my son for follow up care to a UC Davis physician I was somewhat scolded for seeing a family member physician. Even though the diagnosis and treatment given was correct I was advised I need to go to their urgent care next time. There are no advice nurses to speak to which was also surprising. I strongly felt financial gain for the practice was far more important than health. I have switched practices.

GREAT DOCTORS but LONG hold times on phone calls. The staff and doctors in this facility are wonderful. The only negative comment I can say is that they have long hold or wait times when you try to call. I usually wait 10-15 minutes. Sometimes I just hang up and try another day.. or I drive to the medical office and make an appointment.

User review by tinymo. Dr. Nash was my doctor for 14 years. I have never met nor do I feel I will ever meet a doctor like her. Her knowledge and mannerism made my families visits to her more personable. Her understanding of my fears were comforting and reassuring. Her way of practicing reminds you of the doctors back in the day that used to make house calls. She really cares about here patiences and it shows. We miss her dearly.
