Best Place With Consistant Service

I've been a client at this spa for many years. I really like the fact that they are woman owned and local. Not a franchise. Most of the therapists I've had are great and they don't have much change in people that work there. Even the owner, Cindy works there at the front desk and is always kind and friendly to me. One time I had to tell her I did not get a good massage. The therapist talked too much during the massage and didn't seem to understand my problems that I relayed to her. So I told Cindy and she gave me a complementary massage with another therapist. I must say that was a great example of extrodinary customer service. They have great specials too that they offer me via email. I really enjoy comming to this spa and I want to recommend this place to all of you too!
Owner should not be the Receptionst!

I purchased a 'Queen for a Day" spa package from Living Social back in August 2011. I have tried to schedule this several times but kept getting told there were no available appointments. Each time I have had to deal with Cindy the owner and also receptionist. She is very rude and abrasive. Her tone of voice is very gruff and it has a distinct edge to it. When I told her I had a package deal I bought, which I thought was a Groupon, she told me all of their package deals had expired. She said I could use the value to purchase services there, so we booked a pedi for the next day. She explained to me very tersely what their 24-hr cancel policy was (they charge you if you cancel). When she did so it brought back memories of the previous time I visited the spa and she had the same demeanor. When I got home I saw it was a Living Social deal and it was not expired. I called her the next morning and she was an absolute witch -- very argumentative. Granted I screwed up because it was not a Groupon, but she told me "all" package deals had expired so I assumed she knew what she was talking about. I told her she was very rude and demeaning to people on the phone and suggested she tape record her phone calls so she could actually listen to herself and see what people were talking about. Needless to say I am getting a refund from Living Social for his deal and will never go back there. Sadly, during the previous visit I got a great facial. The estheticians who work there are good but they have an absolute ogre for a boss who is turning away business. Take your business elsewhere.
Cindy responded to me and said I was upset at the 24 hour cancellation policy. Not at all. I had set time aside for the pedi and would have gone to this appt. if it were not for her rude and discourteous treatment. She needs to review the reviews on this site and Yelp -- they tell a pretty good picture of how she treats people.

My husband and I have been going here for years and it really is a great neighborhood place! We love to give friends gift certificates because we know they will love it too. It's calm, consistent, friendly, healing, affordable and the owner and the therapists are there to please! Try it - you'll like it!

I like to patronize small businesses. When I found a coupon for a massage in a local paper I decided to try this place out. Well really glad I did. The massage I had with Tabitha was great. Her hands were warm and she did not talk during the massage which I really appreciated. The front desk was friendly and made me feel welcome. The place is cute and charming and clean. It is located in a very nice area. They offer great deals and I can't wait to go back.!
