What a woderful experience!. I was recommended by a friend and she told me to ask for a therapist named Junien. First of all when I came in the place was so nice just perfect size. The lady at the front was so very pleasant and to find out she was the owner. Junien was so wonderful I have never been so relaxed and felt so relieved in a long time. I DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! And I recomment Junien she is the best!!!!!!!

Quiet, peaceful escape.. What a nice hideaway from reality. I was in town for work and a good friend had recommended the place. It is tucked away in a little quiet, peaceful residential neighborhood. A nice break from the hustle and bustle of downtown and strip malls. The spa is peaceful and spotless! Pedicure was very nice too. Staff is friendly and attentive. I will DEFINITELY be back. Great value too!!!

Unique Spa Experience. What a great spa. Friendly owner and staff. Not a snooty attitude in the bunch as to be expected at many spas. Relaxing atmosphere and interesting treatment options I have not seen elsewhere. Highly recommended!

Poor Service. So many problems i don't know where to start...

1. I stopped by because i needed a nail repair, the owner cut me off and said "we're booked, we can't help you", she never even offered the first available appointment. I had to interrupt her and ask if i could be seen another day.

2. They advertise that they specialize in natural nail care but did not seem to have extensive knowledge of caring for natural nails with issues -- mine have been peeling since having 2 kids and the owner suggested i use a product i could have purchased myself with no real insight to it's benefits.

3. She also said the technician could not repair a damaged/torn nail - doesn't have the skill, materials or need. Where i moved from, all natural nail salons carry products to mend broken nails. It's a material similar to tea bags and they glue it on to reinforce the nail to keep it viable until it grows out longer and can be trimmed comfortably.

It was a horrible experience. Honestly, I never made an appointment, but because that brief encounter with the owner i will NEVER go back and cannot recommend the salon. I would seek your natural nail care elsewhere.

Happy Returning Customer. I am a very happy client. I've been to this place many times and have had nothing but a great experience every time. I'm writing today because I see the previous review seems highly unfair. I do not know who (****) in her corn flakes but this place is not even close to her review. The owner is always friendly and curteous to her staff and she has very little staff changes. In fact the owner is there at the spa working and I like that. It seems like she has great quality control.

Anyway I do recommend this place and I will continue to support this business.

Great Gift many years in a row. For the past 4 years I have purchased a gift certificate for my sister to this spa. She says she enjoys it and keeps asking me for more gift massages every year. I have to assume they are doing something right! Thank you for making my gifts a great experience.

Long Time Client. I'm a long time client and I think this place is great. I've always gotten quality service and very resonable prices. I see other people knocking this place and I don't get it. I believe that after you try them you will be among many of their satisfied customers. I can't wait for my next visit.

Happy To Have Found This Gem. I am so happy to have found this gem of a place. I was given a certificate for Christmas of two years ago and I finally got around to using it. I was sorry to have waited so long. I had a wonderful massage with Junien. She found my knots and took care of them. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. I highly recommend this place and I plan to return.

BLUE HELL SPA. I'm going to have to agree with HAPPY4509! I don't even want to consider going to this place after reading all the AWFUL, TERRIBLE reviews! What is wrong with this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH MY GOD!!!!! All I want is a NICE, CLEAN, HIGH CLASS, spa with very curteous & PHOENOMINAL staff who know what their doing to go to! I just want my cooch waxed, eye brows waxed, a french manicure & a pedicure! Is that so much to be asking for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

don't see what people are complaining about. I saw a special in the news and review for this day spa and decided to schedule a facial and massage. I went on this website and found out that people were complaining left and right about this place. I'm not really sure what all the complaining is about. The owner was friendly when I walked in and escetician and massage therapist were great. They were friendly too. The place is in an older building and the space is small, but it was clean and comfortable.
