Unfortunate decline in customer service. My husband and I have shopped at this Work World for over 10 years and always enjoyed the experience. Today we went in to find a pair of overalls for me and carhart pants for my husband. My husband was conspicuously ignored by both employees (he was holding an infant), and I was continually looked at with suspicion when I asked to use the bathroom. I was supremely uncomfortable, and my husband was frustrated by being continually ignored. We will no longer patronize this store for our work wear needs - there's a wonderful outlet in Anderson, CA that we can go to when we are up North.
