THEY ARE CLOSED!. Their old nail techs & massage therapist are at Beauty Chateau, down Bruceville rd by the Consumnes River College Target!

Getting too big for Elk Grove. I have been a regular customer of this spa since 2003. I noticed that the hair stylist don't stay there for long. In 3 years I have had 5 stylist. I have had haircuts, maincures, pedicures and massages at this spa and am usually satisfied. My most recent experience was a bit too much. I called to make an appointment for a haircut. I was informed the stylist I requested was no longer there & the next available appointment was not for another 2 weeks. This is not a weekend or evening appointment - what gives? I was also informed that it is now mandatory that you give them a CC number to reserve the appointment - I'm from NYC and they don't request this on 5th Avenue. I said forget it, I'll go elsewhere and I did. They are too big for their own good. The salon I went to has just as nice an atmosphere, the appointment wait was resonabble, the stylist I got has been there for 4 years and I got a great haircut.

Enter At Your Own Risk. Went in for color + cut. @ the time I had dyed black hair. My hair came out brown!?. + I never said I just wanted my roots touched up I actually needed dye to be applied all over. After the color she cut my hair. My hair was a one length bob w/ bangs straight across. I wanted her to cut everything straight across and 1" shorter. After she was finished cutting my hair was 3" shorter + had taken it upon herself to cut bangs angled down on both sides w/o consulting me. I looked VERY strange. I left after paying $120! I cried for 2 hours. After I came home my mom called the salon, the receptionist said the owner would call back tomorrow (never happend) I'm never going back there. I've learned that their policy does not allow for refunds...totally ludicrous!
