Terrible Maintenance, Unprofessional staff

I would not recommend these folks from the renters side.

First off, when we moved in we were promised a package to sign up online for a maintenance. We were assured we'd be able to check out the status of work orders online, place new ones etc. We never received any details on this so were forced to go the other route, phone them. Well I say phone them, I mean phone their voice mail because nobody EVER answers. At their leisure they respond. I think currently i have 3 outstanding work orders on things that need to be fixed and I have called a total of 7 times. I have been called back 3-4 times and have been told that they will be fixed. Some of the issues have are almost 8 weeks old now.

Overall I'd not recommend them. I actually deal with rental companies off and on and this service is dismal from the renters perspective.

• Cons: No Live Person to Speak to, Maintenance is terrible.

Reliable Property Management Company in Sacramento

As a property owner living in another state, I have had a solid experience with Arbour Property Management handling my house for me. Each time there's a change in tenant, I don't have to worry about the process, it's all handled by Arbour. I was done being yelled at by tenants who didn't want to pay on time or having to worry about the condition the property was going to be on move-out.

Getting a property management company is the best thing you can do and well worth it! Now with the internet scams going on in property listings, it's not worth it to do it yourself and Arbour rental property management provides all the services, has the credentials and experience to do the job right.

As far as rental property management companies in Sacramento go, they are top notch and I highly recommend them as a property manager.
