Patrons--mostly on-the-go professionals and parents with kids in tow--line up at an assembly-line style counter for hard and soft tacos or burritos (regular, fajita-style or without the tortilla) made with fillings like grilled chicken or steak, free-range pork or shredded beef.
Best Restaurant By Far. Boasting infinite choices of expertly prepared meat, beans, rice, salsas, cheese, sour cream and guacamole (to die for), Chipotle is light on the wallet for a huge meal. All of the food is relatively healthy (except the sour cream and vinaigrette) and, following the company's "food with integrity" mantra, organic, very fresh, and free range. Currently is the pork is free range in all of the restaurants, the beef in half, and the chicken in a third. I eat here at least once a week. You have to try it!
