Not a Public Rec Facility. I noticed that this facility was listed on Citysearch and thought it would be a good idea to let everyone know that the Rec Facility is for residents only. If you are interested as a potential buyer or a resident, read on.

The facility was built int he early seventies so there are positives and negatives. The negative is that it is early seventies architecture. If you are okay with the age, everything else is a positive. The pool is huge, though no deeper than 6 feet, so no diving. There is a wading pool for the kids, a couple different decks, gazebos, plenty of seating, tables, chaise longues, and benches. The clubhouse itself has ping pong and billiard rooms, a large upstairs with a full kitchen and nice leather couches. If you want to throw a party there, you would have access to the rooms year round [with reservations, paperwork, deposit] and the pool during the Summer for only $20.

Currently, we are doing some small remodeling of the in-house office, and will be rebuilding the second story deck in the future. Last year we re-felted the pool tables and bought new cues. We hope to attract community-minded neighbors, so if this is you, please come by and take a look.
