Low quality installation, no contractor responsibility. Contractor has no involvement in installation beyond Pre-install consultation. Communication between office and installer non-existent. During installation, there were several mistakes made, and they realized their mistakes only at the end of the job. They did repair the obvious mistakes, but after I pointed them out. Requested several times contractor personally address lack of quality installation only to get same installer show up with excuses. I complained again with no response. I ended up having to make corrections myself to get the job done right. We purchased a primered door so that we could paint it ourselved using our custom colors and requested several times information regarding the manufacturer's recommended paint, with no response. I had to purchase and test several paints before finding the right one. Although this company did have the type of door that we needed that few other companies carried but door turned out to be low quality with several obvious flaws. The overall quality of the installation, the follow up, and lack of responsibility was poor.
