Lousy.. First of all the, the restaurant layout stinks. While I respect the nod toward seclusion and intimate settings, it is really dark and hard for the servers to get to you. On a very not-busy day, it took about 20 minutes to get our soup…

STRINGS IS THE PLACE. Its not a big place but the food is great and I have never had to wait long. I don't know what kind of salad dressing the house dressing is but its soooo good. and its all you can eat and all the fresh bread too. YEAH

great Italian cafe like atmosphere. This Italian restaurant is always busy, at least when I've gone. The atmosphere is very nice and casual - nothing fancy but rather very simple. The food is inexpensive, and the service is fast.

Even more than POOR. My husband and I arrived 11/4/06 to the Folsom Strings for dinner at 7:30pm. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait. We were seated at 8pm. There were three other table that were seated after us. Two of these tables (across the room)…
