Crowds of couples, teenagers and parents with toddlers press up against the long refrigerated display case at this dessert chain, where a variety of ice creams, frozen yogurts and sorbets are made in-store daily. Customers choose flavors like sweet cream, cake batter or banana, add mix-ins--ranging from candy bar chunks and Gummi bears to hot fudge and peanut butter--then servers mash it all together on a frozen slab of granite.

Upscale Softserve. Do what they do well, but ice cream is bland & can't compete with traditional ice cream.

OVER-CROWDED. We love the their ice cream and probably would go there more often if they had more stores... If this business is doing as well as it appears to be doing they need to open more stores in the area, because the store near the Galleria in Roseville is way too OVER-CROWDED... but occasionally the wait is worth it! "Maybe a treadmill in the lines would help." ha ha

Creamery Fresh. The Ice cream is fresh and so is the additives. You have unlimted choices and combinations.

Not exactly. Found the taste left me cold. Way to crowded. Priced to high for value.

I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT!. Best place ever! You will never find ice cream like that anywhere else. I would highly recommend it. It has the best atmosphere and a great place to take your family. You also get to create your own ice cream which is great and the ice cream is made fresh in the store. What a better product then made fresh. Another good thing is that they sing for their tips, great entertainment. HEIGH HO HEIGH HO WE THANK FOR YOUR DOOOOUGH, WE COME TO WORK AND PLAY ALL DAY HEIGH HO HEIGH HO HEIGH HO HEIGH HO! I am still singing.

clever presentation. pretty good ice cream; not better than Vic's or Gunther's. Lengthy wait while people customize their choices.

Family Fun Guaranteed. What a fun place to go with the family for a very special treat. Of course, since my family lives very far away the next time I will have to go with a friend or alone but I will go back.

awsome. Absolutely the best ice cream I have ever had. Service from bright, cheery, and helpful young people is something I thought no longer existed...they even sang a song for me when I tipped them a dollar.

Can you say YES!!!!. I absolutly love Cold Stone Creamery. No matter which one you visit in the Sacramento Area, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The product is A++++ Being able to pick from the variety of mixes and ice creams to concoct a flavor pleasing to your individual palete is by far the best thing since sliced bread!
