Cha-cha's is simply wonderful. The staff are friendly and care for the animals. The cage-less environment is great. My dog had an immune reaction to a minor surgery he had two weeks prior to boarding that flared up while he was at ChaCha's. The owner of ChaCha's was great - she immediately called and informed me that she was concerned about my dog, drove him to his vet with my permission and took care of the problem. I feel great knowing my dog is in good hands and enjoying his vacation playing with other dogs and people 24 hours a day.
Pros: Dog loved it, play-time with other dogs 24/hrs, field trips and dog walks
Cons: Dog must be dog-friendly, neutered/spayed, people friendly
