A best kept secret.
We go for breakfast at Carol's at least once a week. Good prices, great food. The Portuguese beans are delicious. Last week we went and I was craving Huevos Rancheros -- which is not on the regular menu but ocassionally offered as a special. It was not a special that day but they made it for me anyway. They also have great salsa if you like that on your eggs (or in the beans!) and I think they must make it themselves. See lots of folks ordering the gravy for their home fries. Tried it once -- too salty for my tastebuds.
You won't leave here hungry by any means!
