Best Chinese I've Found so far. I've been searching for a good Chinese restaurant in Sacramento for some time now, and Lee's is the first place I've been where I was really satisfied. The service is mediocre, but the food is very good. The meat was fresh and not "weird" like it is at some Chinese places. The chow mien was also very good, well seasoned, etc. Decent portion sizes, about average price.
