Greatly Improved Sushi Quality.
Ginza is a neighborhood restaurant that has improved highly since it's opening. Family owned, they are always concerned about customer satisfaction. My experience has always been a A+ compared to other small sushi restaurants in Mid-town or South area. The Sushi is worth trying again; both presentation and quaility sauce standards have stepped up several notches since 2003-2004.
The Ginza roll, Golden Dragon roll or Ultimate roll are fantastic! (Tempura, fresh crab, ell, assorted sushi)
Ginza is more of a neighborhood place. No matter how bad the service or food is, people still come on back because they don't want to drive out to downtown to have some decent sushi.
Ginza's combo boats are pretty good. Their sesame sauce and teriyaki sauces are very good in fact. The boats come with some salad, three different kinds of dishes (ex: sesame chicken, tempura, and yakatori) and dessert. When I went, the waitress was very sweet and the place was busy so we understood why service was a bit slow. Overall, not bad but order the cooked food; it's much better and you will be satisfied.
