WORST PIZZA EXPERIENCE EVER!!. I would love to be able to review the pizza at New York Pizza in Elk Grove; however I couldn't even make it that far. The rude staff on the phone, could not handle the simplest requests for information and when we tried to use a coupon form the entertainment book they told us that it had to be on pizza that were the same size. However the coupon only said "equal or greater VALUE". Not one word about size. We then asked to speak to a manager, and he kept telling us the same thing, that it had to be the same SIZE pizza. Eventually we got tired of arguing with these idiots and simply canceled our order. I would recommend that everyone stay away unless you like to inflict pain upon yourself.
