Terrible customer service & just plain rude!. I would highly recommend against using the citrus heights store. The owner there as well as the other staff members with the exception of the new girl were all very rude.

Here's what happened. The new girl told me to leave my stuff over night so they could look at it. Unknown to me that any stuff left over night will be donated that is not purchased. So needless to say all my left over stuff was given away. When I asked about it I was treated like an annoyance and was told it's the store policy.

The only sign is a little hand written note on the counter that was covered by someone purchasing stuff. I was never informed of anything. The owner wouldn't even get off of her computer and talk to me face to face. She basically told me oh well you should've known. I was pretty irate about the treatment. They didn't even want to see if it had been given away. The person at the counter even said "do you need something" in a very condescending voice while I was waiting for them to offer up some sort of solution.

Bottom line is they don't care and don't want to be bothered by you. Take your stuff where people actually know what customer service is.
