Great stop on the stroll through old town. This is just a great little place to grab a coffee on your stroll through town. It has an abundance of atmosphere and while the prices are a smidge in the high side, you have to realize that they are not a huge coffee chain and suck it up to support your local businesses. I have not tried any of the food there yet but the drinks are great and the customer service is pretty good too.

Not worth the price. I just went there and ordered a chicken caesar salad and was incredibly dissapointed. I payed 9.40 (plus tip) for a large ice tea and a salad. What I got was less than a "denny's size" side salad for triple the price! if it were not for only having 30 minutes on my lunch break, I would have gone back and asked for a real salad. Now I am still hingry and vow to never go back there!Seriously, go to the sunflower, even if you don't like vegetarian their food is amazing and way more than what you bargain for.

Best Sandwich Shop. Fair Oaks Deli has the best food and always has. Higher prices but higher quality meats and cheeses. The squaw bread is out of this world. Unsurpassed breakfast burritos and the sanwiches are HUGE. The new owners took over in 2006 and the food has been top quality every since!

Unbelievably bad customer service, change to limited menu, higher prices. Since a recent buy-out of owners this place is not the hang out it used to be. In fact, it's avoided by the regulars. A drastic change of menu limits the choices, smaller portions, higher prices, poor customer service all contribute to it being not the place it once was.

Great Sandwiches and breakfast burritos. This is the greatest place to eat lunch. A local Fair Oaks favorite of all who live here. I love starting my day out with a breakfast burrito that gets the energy going! Refuel during lunch with their large sandwich menu and they have great coffee by Java city and a wonderful refrigerated section with every drink you could ask for. Chicken wings are good and spicy and their salads are great too.
