Rude, Unprofessional, About to close down..... Nicole was irritable, short and hung up immediately after she asked cash or credit.... I called back confused... a young man answered claiming to be the manager named Mark... he immediately cut me off and snapped, "There are two sides to every story!"

I couldn't believe it. I later called the owner named Shawn, he said Nicole had "never gotten a complaint and had been with him 3 years as an employee". He took it all lightheartedly, even laughed a few times. I will not be back and neither should you unless you like bad customer service and an owner who could care less!

Caution when using your ATM here!. We were frequent customers at the Pizza Guys on San Juan in Citrus Heights for quite some time, never purchasing less than 3 to 4 large pizza's at a time. I'd have thought we'd have been considered customers they would want to keep.

When we paid for one of our orders, using our ATM, we later found that our ATM had been charged twice for the same order. We brought in our bank statement, to the Pizza Guys, showing the two withdrawls from their restraurant, side by side, on the same day for the same exact amount, to the penny. They were reluctant to refund the money that we were overcharged, but finally agreed.

However, a day or so later, we received a phone call from the owner saying that he didn't agree with the employee who refunded the money & that he wanted us to return the money. We refused and received another call requesting further proof of the double withdrawl. We decided that having already brought in our bank statement to them, we had shown enough proof and refused to drag this out any longer.

After some time, we decided that we would still buy pizza there, but we would only use cash. We did this several times. Then, the last time I tried to place an order with them, I was informed that they will no longer do business with us. When I asked the reason why, they said that there was no reason listed. Having had no other problems with the Pizza Guys, I have to assume that their reason was related to this insident.
