Do Not Use this Company. I watched my 50" Plasma go out my door with a man from this company in September for a two-week repair of the on-off switch. Otherwise it was working fine. Two weeks turned into two months or more and probably 15 phone calls with promises he would drop it off "today". We offered to meet him and even went to the shop and he kept avoiding us. On November 26, the tv was returned pulled out of the back of a van (laying flat) and put upside down on the living room floor. The stand was not returned and the guy denied ever having it! The TV does not work at all in video mode and the tv is completely blurry. Unusable and I had to purchase a stand for 180.00 bucks to even get it set back up. I'm looking into a consumer advocate program - in the meantime I regret ever having called this company.
