Best breakfast burrito!. Hands down, the best breakfast burrito in town. Sure cure for any hangover. Yum! #23 and #28 are choice, served freshly made and super hot. Weekdays you might have to deal with some obnoxious McClatchy kids. But even they cannot dissuade the Oscar's craving!
