Meh - you get what you pay for. This transformed Denny's caters to the truck stop driver in us all. Decent portions. Fair Quality. Service was fairly lousy. I got the grumpy girl who never smiled and was lazy with the coffee refills. Luckily, the other server and hostess picked up her slack.

Best country style breakfast. They have the best steak and potatoes around Sacramento, I am from the down south and this resturant is the closest I have found to taste like down home food. The potatoes are awesome and the service is excellent as well. The waitress are very nice and sweet. I would recommend Rosie's to all my family and friends!!!

Great Breakfast. We discovered this restaurant about a year ago and keep going back again and again for breakfast. Much better than any of your chains and a great generous breakfast for the price. Highly recommend The South Breakfast, Country Sausage and Eggs and a Ham & Cheese Omelette that is loaded with the key ingredients. Service is generally efficient and cordial.
