Hoicin Cantanese Restaurant

Authentic cuisine with no match in Sacramento. Hoicin is by far the best Chinese food in Sacramento, on the same level as the authentic Chinese restaurants in San Francisco's Chinatown. I had the good luck to live in Rosemont (near where Hoicin is located) for three years and was a weekly customer. Now that I live downtown I still drive the twenty minutes to Hoicin when I can; there is just no other Chinese food in Sacramento on par with Hoicin. If you want authentic Chinese food you won't be satisfied anywhere else. Personally I would recommend the Mongolian beef as their best dish. Additionally, the food is served fast (dine-in and to-go orders are often ready within five minutes of putting in the order) and the staff understands the meaning of true customer service. Far From the Other Restaurants Who Claim to Serve "Chinese Cuisine". You can walk into any restaurant in the world and can tell if the cuisine is true to the culture. You'll find more than half of the patrons are of that particular culture! That's what you'll find at HoiCin.

deliciouuuuuuuuuuuuusssssssss!!!. been there a few times in the past month, their black peppercorn steak filet is a must try. juicy, sweet & tender, couldnt get any better than that. their live lobster in sampan deep fried style also a killing too. they aint that busy, during dinner time, but i think it is because they aint in a good neighborhood, otherwise, i bet they will rival some of the big boy if they are in DT or area like folsom.…
