Avoid Sona Medspa at all cost!!!. I second on the fact they took my money for pre-paid laser packages for over $3,500.00. I received three treatments before they went bankrupt. Within just a matter of months of taking my money they went bankrupt. You can't tell me they didn't know they were in trouble or already in the process of filing even, but took me as a new client and my money anyway. No better than thieves or a con artist. Search keywords sona medspa bankrupt on any search engine. It taught me to never pre-pay again. It was a very hard and expensive lesson. And now they just spring back into business and no retribution paid to the customers taken for a ride. To say bad customer service is mild it is not a sincere company.

AVOID SONA ANYWHERE. Took my money for pre-paid laser package for over $1500. I received one treatment before they went bankrupt. Search keywords sona medspa bankrupt on any search engine. Do your homework. Just because they are nationwide doesn't mean they can't rip you off.
