Casual diners form a line for traditional Chinese food served in record time. – In Short
Born from Chinese immigrant Charles Zhang's concept of fast, yet casual Chinese food, this family-friendly restaurant quickly became a popular lunch and dinner spot. Well-known Asian dishes like Mongolian beef and orange chicken are adapted to American tastes with increased soy and vinegar and reduced oils. The affordable and convenient meals reach all kinds of people, with free-standing and strip mall restaurants for sit-down dinners, as well as carry-out locations in food courts and supermarkets.
User review by linbatten – Very good food. I especially like the fact that you can substitute tofu for the meat in any of the entrees and it actually tastes really good. Even my usually tofu-hating daughter enjoys it.
Good food served fast and in a friendly and helpful style. Not the extensive menu that most Chinese restaurants have but a good selection nonetheless.
