Super Customer Service, price to value.. My wife and I had Nicholas do a whole house inspection on a property we bought in Elk Grove, CA. He was very thorough, explained everything to us and even was very patient with all of my wifes's nervous questions.

He walked us through the Inspection and showed us all the emergency shutoffs and even contributed some tricks of the trade for cleaning special items, lubricating glides and hinges and where to find proven products to help fix the minor problems found. He also points out many of the extra features in a house, not just the bad items.

You can tell by the Real Estate Agent's ease with which she allowed him to take over the process and just watched him perform his thorough walk through.

The other great feature was that we received the report electronically that evening and was clear and concise with the report. I highly recommend Nicholas to do an Inspection on any of my family and friends houses or anyone who is looking for a very thorough Inspector.
