A Better Moving Company moved my mother, Genevieve Spangler, from Sacramento to San Jose on July 25th, 2002. This move was very difficult for my mother who is 85 years old. She was leaving her home of 45 years. The two men you sent, Shane and John, were a blessing in disguise. The van arrived on time. Both men were very highly organized and did not waste time. Because we had three stops to make, this was very important. They not only treated her belongings with care and respect, but also did everything they could to make the move easier for her. After arriving in San Jose, they placed her boxes in the correct rooms and even moved some pieces of furniture several times. I really do not know how to say thank you. I will recommend your company and these two men to friends who are moving.

Our sincere thanks for the outstanding service extended to us by your fantastic staff, during our recent move from Folsom to the Chico area! Although we have experienced many relocations, we were apprehensive about this move ecause it involved a large number of heavy pieces along with delicate glassware and computer, audio and video equipment. Both locations involved long walkways and stairs. Our apprehension ended a few minutes after we met the impressive crew that Steve assigned to our move. Kyle, Charles and Fernando expressed true professionalism through out the entire project. It was on time, on budget with zero damage! Our thanks and best wishes to each and every one.

On April 26th we were scheduled with another moving company to be moved from San Francisco to Sacramento. The other company did not show up, or even call to cancel. At noon, we called Steve in your office and he sent a team to move us that day. Jeff and Mickey arrived at our residence in San Francisco at 3:30 in the afternoon and worked diligently until they brought the last box upstairs to the new apartment at 12:55 in the morning. This was their second move of the day, and by the end they were exhausted, but they continued working hard the entire time. Throughout the entire "day from hell", both Jeff and Mickey were cheerful, careful and diligent. I just wanted to take a moment to commend your company, and especially Jeff and Mickey. We will definitely use your company again, and recommend you to our friends. Thanks for saving our move.

The idea of moving really stressed me out and that is why I felt compelled to write a review for a company that went above and beyond on my recent move. I was not prepared for the tremendous amount of work involved in moving and I can not say enough about the support I received from both the office staff and the workers that were sent out to my home. From the bottom of my heart, thank you A Better Moving company for making this stressful day more manageable.

Today, John, Warren, and Jeremy removed my belongings from what was my house for 23 years. It could have been traumatic, but they made it easy. The 3 men worked as an efficient team. They were respectful to both me and my belongings as they proficiently emptied my house. They were true professionals. Obviously, I was very pleased with their service.

My experience with A Better Moving & Storage has been wonderful. I am gathering information for a future move, and when I called, Steve spent the time explaining the process and how the moving charges are calculated. He spent time talking to me and I appreciated him answering all my questions. When the time comes for our move, I will definitely use A Better Moving & Storage
