So often we are extremely quick to call and complain whenever something goes wrong. Why are we so slow to write when things go well!?! I need to let you know how pleased our family was with the way you handled my mother's move. It was one that was done in two parts and required a great deal of patience and understanding due to the age and emotions of my mother. She is 86 and was having to move from her two bedroom home into a one bedroom apartment. She has numerous pieces of priceless antiques of which she was terribly concerned couldn't handle the move or wouldn't be moved properly. Anyway, the move couldn't have gone any more smoothly. Jeff and Al were extremely careful and cheerful. They are extremely hard workers and extremely professional. All I really want to say is - there will never be another moving company for us. And rest assured, we will be more than happy to recommend you to anyone we know who will be moving.

Fine gentleman and hard workers that gave me and my move the excellent care and service that you would expect. They did a great job of representing your company and of getting my move done in the time expected and I am grateful for all. Recently, your company move my to my new apartment in Rocklin, California. I just wanted to tell you that while moving is never an enjoyable experience, your people made it way better than I thought it would be. Starting with Steve my phone contact, I can't say enough. I chose your company over others I called because Steve is such a warm, easy person to talk to.

I just wanted to say thank you with two recent small but stressful moves. Jason and Marcus made the process so much easier. They were quick, but careful... using expert technique and strength. They were also very friendly and professional. I was so grateful for their help and willingness to go above and beyond to get everything so that my life was made much easier. Your employees were all exceptional and we really appreciated their hard work. Jason and Alex showed up at our house on schedule and worked very hard. There was no damage to the furniture or the walls or floors on either journey. The packer organizing the truck in Rocklin must have been working with puzzles from birth. All were great. Our real estate agent asked for the name of our moving company.

"They had a sense of humor that was welcome amid the stress of moving from a big house to a smaller one after 30 years! They were absolute professionals and the proof came when they tore down and moved my husband's 95 year old Steinway baby grand piano. He was impressed with their obvious expertise as he watched every step of the process to move his ""baby"".

I write this letter to congratulate you on having two of the most courteous and professional movers on your staff. Today, Bob and John spent seven hours moving heavy, complicated desks and other furniture items between our first and second floor offices here in Rancho Cordova. Bob and John were highly skilled and very careful with our new furniture. They were also very polite and friendly and they made the moving process as stress-free as possible. Because Bob and John were so competent, I was able to concentrate on my job today, instead of worrying about the move and all the things that could potentially go wrong. Thank you!
