Delicious Food at Chicago Fire. The greatest thing about Chicago Fire is their homemade sauces, which I like. Their homemade sauces are perfectly created. The flavor and taste of their sauces are excellent. May be that's the reason why their pizzas taste so good. Any flavor of their pizza is heavenly delicious.

I also enjoy eating their deep dish pie, it's one of the best pies I've eaten in my whole being. It's a must try at Chicago Fire. You can also try their salad, their salad is as delicious as their pizza.

Prices of their food are quite reasonable. Their customer service is fantastic. Food attendants are cheerful and easy to get along with. Chicago Fire is really on fire!

Fire Doused. I read in Sacramento Magazine that the pizza here was pretty good so i decided to give it a try. I went on a Saturday night and it was without a doubt the loudest pizza place ever. Usually good restaurants are quiet because if youve got time to talk, the food leaves nothing to be desired. My girlfriend ordered a stuffed pizza and it was just crammed full of cheese. It was so loud our waitress (through no ones fault) ended up getting my order incorrect. The pizza itself didn't kill us, but it did make Chicago fire's rating with me somewhere around Papa Murphy's or digiornos. We could have gone there instead of missing Boise State/Oregon State. Go to Zelda's or Luigi's for pizza royalty. this place stunk.

Local Pizza Place. This is a local pizza place. The food is great or they wouldnt be in business. I see these other reviews and laugh, you people are to high up the hill or just to damn picky. Service, yes it will be slow because you show up at 6:00, dah!! call ahead and take it home if you dont have time to wait. Period ! Show up when they open the doors, problem solved or go try mountain mikes lol !! Snobs !! LOL !

Go In And Form Your Own Opinion. I felt someone should toss in a comment or 2 about the long wait, the reservation policy and the fact that most of the negative comments about this place seem pretty self serving. Real deep dish pie takes a long time. I eat out at restaurants a lot. Busy places can't always take care of big groups, even if it is your special night. This place is cool. Readers of reviews should check it out on their own instead of being swayed by someone who obviously had their own issues on the night they went in. Biggest problem on the web is people can throw rocks with impunity. Lighten up people. It's dinner not surgery!

What a disappointment. Was looking forward to treating my Mom, Daughter and Grandaughter to a fun and delicious experience. Was told 45 min wait on arrival, not happy about that but..we were there! Then at the 45 minute marker was told another 15 minutes (1 hour!) And then did not get seated for another 30 minutes! Was FINALLY told that a party of 20 that had reservations for 5 PM did not arrive until 6 PM and they held those tables for them for an hour!!! While all the other guests had ridiculous wait times with no offer of any kind of compensation. Maybe a glass of wine or a beer to ease the pain while waiting on a poor decision. Perhaps a discount coupon for future visit ( if any of them come back!) OR a discount on their dinner last night, 11/14/09 We stood on our feet - no place to sit, even at the bar! I cannot believe they made the decision to hold tables for one hour and made the rest of the customers very disturbed, must be some pretty important customers, sure hope that poor server got a huge tip!

Love, love, love it!. My girlfriends and I like to go here before going out dancing on our "girls night out". The pizza is great, and once seated (which can take a while), we've never had a problem with the service. Our servers have always been polite and fun......however, we are also nice and polite to them. To all those who complain about rude service, I wonder how you are treating the servers? If you're being rude to them and constantly whining about the wait (which is not the server's fault), you can't expect the server to maintain a cheery attitude with you. Lighten up. Go in expecting to spend some time there, have a drink or two while waiting, and enjoy the pizza when it comes!

Loved it.. Chicago Fire is a great place to spend a evening. We started with a Caesar and a antipasto salad they were quite delicious.

Then came the pizza, the crust was thin and crisp and soft (I'm not sure how they do that) with tomato sauce that was just right.. Lots of mozzarella cheese, sausage, pepperoni and ham.

Loved it.

Great Pizza. I have been to the midtown Chicago Fire several times - both eat in and take out. The pizza has consistently been perfect! I've never had it overcooked or soggy. The service was slow when we ate in, but the atmosphere is fun and we didn't mind. It took about 2 hours in total to eat in. They get so busy I understand why the service is slow. I love deep dish, and this pizza is some of the best deep dish I've ever had.

BEST PIZZA AROUND SACRAMENTO !!!!. My family loves this place. We take alot of people here and it is great everytime.

My kids love Katie and always want to sit in her section (and she always remember all of our names), so sometimes we have to wait a little longer to get her section, but she makes our night alot of fun and its totally worth the wait !!!!!!!

GREAT PIZZA and SERVICE. We highly reccomend it

I'll stick with to BJ's. Last night was my second attempt with Chicago Fire Pizza in Folsom, and again I'm terribly disappointed. I arrived at 630pm and left at 930. Ridiculous! The server approached us as we were leaving and asked for a bigger tip. That was amazing! The pizza tasted good, but is overpriced in my opinion. I'll never go back.
