Love it!!!!!!.
Love the place, my whole family has been going there. we love it! Loud music ..the tattoo artist is amazing. Great experience!!
To everyone with their low stars::
ITS A TATTOO SHOP , NOT A HAIR SALON. IF YOU WANT CRAPPY TATS TAKE IT ELSE WHERE.
THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME. 2 THUMBS UP FROM ME!
ehhhh..... This place seemed like a very nice, cool environment at fist. Me and my friends (3 of us) made an appointment for later on that day at 7:30 to all get tattoos done. We came in at 7:30 and had to wait for 2 hours to finally talk to the tattoo artist because he was already doing someone else's tat. Then when I talked to the tattoo artist he refused to do a small tattoo on my hand and also one on my ankle. One of my friends still got her's done. Her tat was nice but the overall attitude over there is bad.
The Real Deal. Just visiting the location of American Graffiti is worthwhile - it's a quite magnificent museum of flash tattoo. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming, a bit harried, but that's understandable since AG is usually packed with people waiting to get tattooed. The artist I worked with, Scott, is outstanding. He's patient, takes his time, worked with me realistically when it came to prices, and the man is a genuinely brilliant artist and tattoo artist. I'm sorry he's leaving Sacramento, because it's our loss.
Getting Tattooed Should Be A Good Experience, Right?.
I'm somewhat turned off to Forever tattoo, especially when compared to other tattoo shops in Sacramento (Modern Body, for example, is a shop I highly recommend in every way).
Unfortunately, I found many of the staff members at Forever edgy, rather rude and with enormous "we-are- so-cool" attitude. The attitude gets annoying. It gets in the way. I didn't feel that the staff I worked with really listened to my ideas for a design, or to my concerns about color and other aspects of the tattoo I wanted done. I would've preferred the receptionists and artists I spoke with at Forever to be more professional and considerate.
Forever's prices are far too high; perhaps their primary interest is in doing large pieces that bring in the bucks, rather than working patiently with a client? I would sure like to see the folks at Forever Tattoo would take the "forever" in their name more seriously by recognizing that their art work IS forever on someone's body, instead of their slam-bam, here's your tat-now pay us and get outta here. The shop appears to be very clean and I'm not saying it's the worst by any means- but there is most definitely plenty of room for improvement with regard to client respect at Forever. If Forever relaxes, really listens to each client, and stops trying so hard to be Thee Hot Spot To Get A Tattoo, I'd feel a lot better about paying their high prices.
Friendly Artists doing Fierce Artwork. Forever Tattoo is my favorite place to fullfill my tattoo cravings. The artist are friendly, professional, with lots of experience... I have gotten a few pieces done here and they have exceded my expectations and done it at an extremely reasonable price...
The best place to go for life long art. This place is the best, if you can think it TIM can do it. Just tell him what and he will do it. I would never go to any other place. Tim is the man. I am moving out of the state soon but if i want a new tattoo i would fly or drive to have TIM do my tattoos.
