Traditional dishes and all -you-can-eat salad, soup and bread sticks are the draw at this upscale-casual Italian restaurant..
In Short
Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.

Do they care, hold accountability?.
I have experience in restarants, I worked as a server for years. But this store has greatly dissapointed, and let me down. It welcomes kids, they have crayons and coloring menues. But I dont feel so welcome with my kids. One evening not so long ago, I was joined by family for a birthday celebration at this local Olive Garden. I had just given birth(5 weeks prior) to my third baby girl. She was lying on my lap, as we enjoyed our beverages and were awaiting our dinner. (Our server had been less than friendly and was no where to be found, sending others out to tend to our needs.) One of which brought us refills, you know in those very large heavy glasses they have. As he was setting one glass down, the other fell, full of cold ice water down onto my lap were my 5 week old baby lay. The very heavy base of this glass dropped right onto her head, temple to be exact! She was 5 weeks old! We are both soaking wet, cold and she is screaming, Im crying! We have taken her to the doctor, they dont know for sure that there is any damage that may arise in the future from this incident. The Olive Garden has offered a teeny, tiny amount of money for this incident. None which is fair. I cant even return there, ever. Just the very thought of the Olive Garden send shivers down my spine. And they show, they could care less. I have to express this because all should know. We trust them to cook our food fully, so we dont get sick. We trust that they will tend to our needs and care for us while we eat there. I dont feel the love. As the Black Eyed Peas would say "Where is the Love?" So, in short. If its ok for someone to drop a heavy glass full of ice cold water onto your baby's head and send you on your way. Only to later offer a few dollars for you pain, anguish and unknown future damage. Then hey, head on over to the Olive Garden. But if this has shocked you, as much as it has me.... then be aware. What happens at the Olive Garden may be over looked at your expense.

WHY NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS????.
They need to take reservations- so people aren't waiting 1 1/2 hours to be seated. Standing outside getting sprayed from the sprinklers and the wind.............
