ichiban~~~~~. This will be the best Japanese restaurant you will ever go to in your life! My group of friends and I have been eating here at least once a month since the restaurant opens a few years ago. The sushi rolls are by far the most unique and best tasting rolls you will find anywhere in Sacramento Area. The service is also excellent. The chef and the staff are very friendly and make the dining experience very personal and enjoyable. I recommend ichimaki to everyone who's is looking for a great sushi

BEST SUSHI IN ALL OF SACRAMENTO AREA. The sushi is out of this world great, the welcome you get is genuine and very welcoming. The staff is very professional and they give great service. I eat there 1-2 times a week would eat there every day if I had the time.

HUGE SELECTION OF ROLLS, great staff, speedy service, good sushi!. Ichi Maki offers a wide variety of rolls, noodle soups, and bento boxes at very affordable prices, especially for college students. I highly recommend the Tony Maki - a specialty of one of the resident chefs, the Lion King Roll, Ton Katsu, and the tempura ice cream. They also offer a selection of sake, plum wines, and asian import beers. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. The restaurant also offers a projection wall screen TV to watch your favorite spoorts team. Ichi Maki is a family friendly environment and has enough space to hold a private party.
