My Favorite Tattoo Shop. I've had 6 tattoos done in the past at three different shops throughout Sacramento but wasn't really happy with any of them. I had heard about River City tattoo from a friend so my husband and I decided to go down and talk to them and look at their work. When we arrived everyone in the shop was really friendly and they were happy to answer any questions. We met with one of the tattoo artists, Wes Jackson, and he agreed that if we came back in an hour he could do the tattoo for me. We walked around old sac for a while and came back to the shop to find that Wes had drawn the PERFECT tattoo for me... it was exactly what I invisioned. After he was finished I loved the tattoo even more, it was truly a work of art and meant a great deal to me. It's been two weeks since and my tattoo has healed very nicely and the coloring still looks as beautiful as the day I got it. We were so happy with Wes's work that we made an appointment for my husband to return and get a dragon tattoo to cover up some other tattoos he had. The dragon turned out AMAZING! The detail was great and best of all you can't even tell it's a cover up.

Great Experience. I went in to get my first tattoo of my family crest on my upper arm. I went in and was immediately welcomed. They are very nice and helpful with whatever you need especially if its your fist tattoo. They work with you and make sure that you get what you want. Zach did my work and I couldn't be happier with it. It is far better then the picture I had in mine mind. I will definitely be going back to get more work done. Go here if your trying to find a new place to get some work done

Best in town by far....... Great work.. Jim is the best in town...Would never go toanother shop...Busy but well worth the wait...
