I Will Recommend Jill Berni and the OakTree Staff to Anyone Wishing to Buy, Sell, or Refinance Their Home

She kept us from having a Foreclosure, and 7 years bad Credit !

JILL BERNI Negotiated with our bank, and removed $277k worth of debt from the Short Sale of our Primary residence, and an additional $149k from our Home in Tahoe Keys... with no Capital Gains.

She found us the perfect Home in a shared-equity position, on a newer, and nicer Home than we had before with lower payments. I don't know how she did it, I guess she has made some noteworthy relationships with those kind of investors. She sure has our vote.

Not only did Jill find us the perfect Home, but she also sold our old house, and helped the buyers with some very creative financing. She made the impossible very possible.

• Pros: The support staff at Oaktree validates the value of Experience.
• Cons: Most Brokers we have dealt with were never available on evenings and weekends.
