You really can't give her a Problem that she hasn't Solved before.

Jill was assigned the daunting task of helping us liquidate our Real Estate holdings, in a Tax-free exchange. Concurrently her and her Staff were helping us downsize to an amenity rich private residence, more suitable to a couple requiring only a guest room, with 2 master bedroom suites. Not only did she find us the perfect Home, and Sell ours at reduces fees; but she also Financed both us and our Buyers, saving us additional expense.
