Great drinks, fun staff. Although this place is a little noisy, it is a fun bar. The bartenders are entertaining. My best friend and I came here to celebrate our 21st birthdays and the bartender made us a cinnamon chocolatey drink that he set on fire like a candle. He then had us make a wish before putting the fire out and drinking it. It was sort of a novelty but it was fun anf the drink was delicious.

INK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I love this place! It reminds me of San Francisco; I like to come here after a night dancing & going out. They have a DJ spinning till 4am a great menu awesome fries and a really nice staff.

You might have to wait a while for a table but they seat you as soon as they can. The decor is great; I feel like Im on Haight St.

Its really easy to meet people here too; its common to be eating & moving your body to the music at 2:30am

Ink is yummy. I love that ink is open so late for the weekend, the food there definitely fulfills that late night craving. The sliders are yummy (4 mini burgers), as are the fries, and definitely the chicken tostada salad. I frequent this place often, and the only drawback is the lack of service. On more than a couple occasions, I will be out eating with a friend and our server will be MIA. It's happened waiting to order, waiting for refills, waiting for food, and most definitely when we really wanted our check so we could leave. So if you're in a hurry, this might not be the place to go. But if you go with a group, like to drink and eat, and don't mind spending a good amount of time there , then it's all good.

Great Alternative to Lyon's or Denny's. Ink is great late night eating! The atmosphere and food is light years ahead of your typical midnight dining spots. It can be very loud and crowded but if you have been out clubbing or bar hopping then it is like a continuation of the party! Plus they have a great bar that will keep your buzz going!

If you want to experience Ink without the crowds and noise go around 5pm and the place is virtually empty. However, while the food is good compaired to Denny's and such it doesn't stand up to better restaurants that are open during the day and early evening.

The tattoo-themed decor makes this a hip alternative to the all-night greasy spoon.. The Scene
With walls swathed in deep red and tattoo art peering down from the ceiling, this is a favorite for 20- and 30-somethings with an alternative edge. The brushed-steel accents and dim lighting suggest a nightclub, attracting a crowd of sleek urbanites. Wednesdays through Saturdays, a DJ spins techno music after 10pm.

The Food
Although open for dinner and weekday lunch, Ink is known for its late-night menu. Full-sized entrees are available, but more popular are the small plates--appetizers perfect for sharing with friends after a night out. Favorites include sliders, mini-burgers dressed with grilled onions and pickles, or tender yet tangy marinated beef skewers. Dishes are upscale and modern, such as the sweet--but not too sweet--shredded pork sandwich with Guinness barbecue sauce and the grilled shrimp sandwich with lemon-infused mayonnaise.
