Cafe Rolle... A little bit (e) of Paris in Sacramento. Cafe Rolle is absolutely delicious!!

We have been to France many times and each time we dine at Rolle it reminds us of the wonderful meals we have enjoyed in France. In fact, the Rolle's food is much better than a few restaurants we have dined at in France!

The atmosphere reminds us of Paris.

Their food is great and very, very inexpensive! Their bread, sandwiches and salads are out of this world. Everything is fresh and tasty.

We drive over 60 miles to dine there and it is well worth the drive.

If you are hungry for an unbelievably delicious meal with great service and quaint surroundings try Cafe Rolle! I promise you won't be disappointed!

So Delicious at Shockingly Low Prices!. This is my favorite place to eat in Sacramento! The prices are amazing, I don't know how they make money. I usually get the turkey sandwich on focaccia (best bread I've ever had, it's amazing!) which is only $5.50!! It's the perfect comfort food, so delicious! All of their food is extremely fresh and local. We usually get some salmon to go, as well, they certainly have the best salmon around mmm... It's wonderfully cozy and has outdoor seating as well. And, of course, I love the staff :) I highly recommend Cafe Rolle. Amazing food and prices, you can't beat it!

Definitely a great place to chill.. Bonn Lair is a small, warm, cozy space to have a pint of ale and have a bite.

The bartenders are extremely nice. And the atmosphere makes it nice to come in the afternoon. Or on Sunday, and Sunday night is Trivia Night . (It sounds funky but it was a gas). Try it.

We sat at one of the high booths, what makes it nice is that you feel like you're in a private area sitting there.

The Lair has wine and a good selection of imports including Affligem, Carlsberg, Stella Artois, and Bass.

Definitely a great place to chill.

Simple storefront French deli caters to weekday businesspeople and weekend neighbors and picnickers.. The Scene
A handful of small tables sit on both sides of the front window, where sunlight illuminates display cases of delectable treats. The walls are lined with French cultural and gastronomical propaganda, but a small corkboard is reserved for photos of owner William Rolle and family back home in Lyon. The personable proprietor and his staff are quick to welcome curious newcomers and loyal locals.

The Food
Rolle carries on the family tradition of smoking and poaching his own salmon--both excellent--but he also offers a variety of other items. Selections include soft and airy spinach and cheese quiche; succulent marinated tiger shrimp; seafood salad lightly dressed with tender calamari, scallops and octopus and pork potpie. A variety of sandwiches are offered, like the house-favorite smoked salmon on a crusty baguette.
