Terrible microwaved food. First off the decor is darling only wish it didn't compete so much with the quality of food. My chicken marsala was so boozy and dry I couldn't finish it. My husband didn't enjoy his dinner either. the whole time I kept hearing a microwave going off and I am for sure our part of our dinner was microwaved. For the prices they have it isn't worth it. I rather pay top dollar for a homemade meal. And to make it worse the tiramisu was terrible. How dare any establishment serve such a wonderful dessert and mess it up so horribly. Then again it probably came out of a box so what should I have expected. I was sooo disappointed. For the far drive it was and for the high price we paid we will never go again
Reminded me of my high school cafeteria fare. We came here on a Friday night and were hopeful about our dinner, seeing the crowd of people. Unfortunately the restaurant did not deliver. The fake christmas lights and the patio furniture in the building were kind of cheesy. I ordered a caprice salad was very disappointed as they used shredded mozzarella over the tomatoes (clearly the preshredded kind used for pizzas) My husband ordered a salad and got your standard wilted iceberg lettuce and your generic salad dressing found in cheap restaurant salad bars. My pasta was overboiled and the sauce bland and I don't think my husband's dish was any better. Our forgotten appetizer finally arrived at the end of the meal, and was oily and had no flavor. We wisely chose to skip dessert. I honestly was reminded of the food I ate as a child in my father's mess hall. We ended up going to Burger King across the street for a much more satisfying meal!
A great suprise!. Our night started out horribly. I took my boyfriend to Serritella's for a nice romantic dinner. We got seated and our waiter walked by our table about 10 times and never greeted us, so we left VERY dissapointed. I remembered about Napolis which was on our way home. We walked in and were greeted promptly and warmly, like we were family. They even had a live accordian player. I truly felt like we were in Italy on a street with live music. It was super romantic and our night ended out to be perfect. I can't wait to go back again. You gotta check this place out, if you're looking for a romantic night.
A Hidden Treasure!. Upon reading the previous review on this website, I felt it necissary to write one. I have driven by this place for years and never bothered to stop in, it is located in a small strip mall next to a Taco Bell and a liquor store. Once i stepped inside I felt like i had been transported to Italy, our server told us the owner designed it to feel as if you were dining outside on the Piazia. Dim lighting, candles, deep red linens and Dean Martin and Jerry Vail playing in the background. Outstanding atmosphere. We went on a Tuesday, not too busy, no wait. Excellent service, she was very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. The Food was fabulous, huge portions and lots of flavor. The beef lasagna was the best I ever had. My husband enjoyed his salmon as well. Excellent vegitables. We saved no room for dessert but the menu was very tempting. Our server gave us a taste of their spumoni ice cream and it was to die for. Overall we had a wonderful evening and plan to return soon.
Cheap but disgusting. Service is awful! Food is plentiful but mediocre. Should have known better with the cheesy atmosphere. Fat hostess is RUDE
