Are you honestly SERIOUS???!!!. Okay... first, I can't believe this restaurant is coming to San Francisco. First off, they messed up on our reservations. Then we waited over an hour before we even got our tables. The hostess had the nerve to tell us, "Well, this is not an asian restaurant, so we can't stick the tables for your large party. And the food... WAY overpriced... to cook your own food... what a joke. For the price of dinner for a couple, I could have bought all the ingredients and my own fondue set myself. If you are really bored off your mind and want to find an overpriced way to boil your raw food in the middle of a table... then defintely come here. I would rather have a good old fashion summer BBQ.

A Ton of Cash for Cheese in Beer Sauce. I was asked if I had made reservations and told her no. After about 2 minutes of her typing in on her computer we were on our way to being seated. We ordered our food and it took roughly 15 minutes to prepare our meal which consisted of cheddar cheese, one cup of beer, bread pieces, a cup of vegetables and a cup of apple slices. When we started eating the bread tasted stale, and the portions were very small. We also ordered salads only to find that our salads ($6.00/ea.) were limp leaves of lettuce drenched in a watery vinaigrette. Overall I would rate this place as a 1. This place is a cash cow; simply designed to take the money of those who walk in the door and offer them nothing. I would definitely suggest you go spend the money on a fondue set of your own.

Wonderful place to celebrate a special occation!. My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary there, and the service, and atmosphere was perfect! It is a nice change, from your normal restaurant, as you cook everything yourself at the table. Great place!! Bring your appetite, because there is a lot of food!

Great Atmosphere. The service was excellent and well-timed. The food was delivered to us in elegance. Despite the rising tempatures in the restaurant, the food and the presentation was well worth the 115/couple price tag. The dessert presentation was fantastic. I recommended their excellent drinks and wine selections. This is a place that I plan to frequent in the near future. Try it out!
