Excellent Service. I don't know about the 1 star rating, except when you schedule a service YOU should be there, relying on a neighbor is not practical and silly.

My experience with this company has been GREAT. Wes took the time to help me, research a part, call distributors and found the item I needed for a special filter setup. I had spent several hours trying to find this part elsewhere with no luck and he found it, ordered it, and had it to me in ONE DAY. Thank you so much. A happy customer.

Use them if you have money to waste!!. This place literally made me to create an account so I can write a review. ( I gave 1 star only because system required rating)

They charge me $ 95 service charge without doing any work!

I’ve set up technician to meet with my neighbor who was helping me while I was away from my house.

First schedule, technician came and left right away ( don’t know if he wait 1 min or 5 min) without waiting for my neighbor who lives 2 house down.

So first time failed.

Second schedule, asked my neighbor to leave the parts so technician can do the job.

Technician came but only look top of patio door when my neighbor left the part for him corner of gate.

What kind of person can’t see the package laying on the ground and left?

And since it’s my fault not arrange properly, I am charging for $ 95?

I beg them to waive the charges and promised I will set up everything right.

They said it’s like dentist charge you if you miss the appointment and technician came twice and he spend gas.

I told them I am willing to pay for his gas not $ 95!

In this market situation, who likes to / can afford $ 95 without any work done!!

Please do not shop at this store if you know how many hours you have work to earn $ 95!
