Beautiful dress. I loved my experience at Belladonna. I had a wonderful time trying on dresses. I found my dress there. I felt the price was really fair too. I have recommended them to several friends.

out of order customer service. After scheduling an appointment to try on high end wedding gowns I arrived to Bela Donna to receive no service at all. I was left to choose my own gowns from racks of dresses. No one helped me find anything. I am a size 4-6 and they had no dresses that could fit well enough to get an idea of the look of the dresses. The orange clips covered in scratched off white paint they used to clamp you in to a dress was not quite what I expected to find being used in what I thought was a higher nd shop. You would have to be a size 0 to get into the samples they carry. I did get one lady at the shop to take a dress number down and my info for a dress I wanted to see and she never called me back to let me know if they could get the sample. No one there seemed interested in selling me a gown. I would have bought a $2000-$5000 dress had they tried. Very disappointing. Very unprofessonal. I can only assume the coffee and snacks the 3 girls were enjoying at the front counter were more important than the customers.
