It was an OK place.... I have been several times on weekends and have tried a few different dishes. One of my favorite is their weekend special, poached egg on english muffin w/chipotle sauce & herbed potatoes. However, every time I have ordered a meal the plates are cold. For cold dishes this is fine, but when you order something that is supposed to be hot this just doesn't work. The last time I was there it took over 45 minutes to get my dish and it was lukewarm at best on a ice cold plate. I complained to one of the ladies at the counter and she pretty much shrugged her shoulders and turned her back on me.

It's always busy and very loud. If you can go on the weekdays and sit outside it's better. I don't plan on racing back anytime soon.

horrible customer service. I had an awful experience at Crepeville this weekend! After almost an hour long wait for food that usually takes 10 to 15 minutes and seeing people that came in after us finish thier meals and leave, my friend got up to ask the staff if there was a problem. She ended up speaking with the owner. When my friend politely explained to him what had happened and reminded him that most restaurants compensate their customers when the restaurant makes an error, he suggested to her that maybe she should go to those restaurants. I am of the opinion that this is a fantastic idea! I have grown tired of people not being expected to provide basic customer service. What ever happened to the "service with a smile" mentality? There are many great places in Sacramento to get a good breakfast and I suggest to EVERYONE to go to these "other" restaurants. Maybe we could teach the owner the importance of good customer service by not going to his restaurant, he's probably the type that only notices a problem when it hits him in his pockets. Please tell your friends too!

Best food. This is one of the best restaurants for fresh food. the crepes are yummy and the salads are incredibly fresh and tasty. Huge menu options. It'll take me a month to try everything on the menu. The service is exceptional and the staff are very friendly and aim to please. I'm glad I discovered this place.

Don't go here!!!. Don't eat here!!!

I used to LOVE this place. The sandwiches and salads were my favorite and you could find me here at least once a week.

Today I showed up with my friends excitedly awaiting my Saturday brunch. We showed up before 9 am to beat any rush and put our order in. 45 minutes later we still didn't have our food but nearly everyone in the restaurant did. The three women who ordered 30 minutes after us were eating- what was happening. After clearly being ignored by the waitress, I began to worry.

A family with two small babies who had ordered right before me also had not received their food. It had now been an hour and her children were ready to eat or go home. She asked for her money back and was completely ignored. She started to cry and left.

I believe they had forgotten our tags and the orders never went in. This was a simple mistake- one anyone could have made. The problem was they had no customer service to rectify the situations. When I asked for a refund, I was told the food was almost up. I was ready to go and asked to speak with the manager. I got the owner instead. This was good, surely the owner would make things rights. He did no such thing. I was told "the food is your compensation".

Please don't waste your time here. The food may be okay, but the establishment is owned by a horrible man who doesn't care about his employees or customers. As I walked out the door I heard a woman complain of small hairs in her food. I guess the future doesn't look so bright for Crepeville.

awesome crepes. This is my wife's favorite restaurant in Sacramento, and is definately on my top five. We love going here because you dont' have to get dressed up, but the atmosphere is still nice and not too casual. The food is always good and consistent, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Our favorite crepe to get is the salsa crepe, which might sound odd, but is really tasty. The California crepe and the chicken crepe are also top choices. The price is good for the value, but the only downside for us is that they don't take credit/debit (although they do have an ATM on site).

probably the best place to get a healthy meal at a good price that is accually very tasty. I always recomend this restraunt as the first place to try to all people I run into that are new to sacramento or just visiting and dont know the best places to go for a meal.

I'm totally impressed by the personal service.. They normally don't deliver, but due to the circumstances surrounding the request (a family tragedy), they were willing to deliver dinner. Also, they took the request from someone not in the area and trusted her to send a check since they don't take credit cards over the phone.

I'm totally impressed with their service and recommend them to anyone. I will also be patronizing their establishment the next time I'm in the area.

Stupendous! Why didn't someone think of this before?. Stupendous! Portions are very large, extra-filling, and extra-good. Potatoes are superb, and the two times I've been there, the food was extraordinary. While a bit on the spendy side (I spent $10 for lunch and $10 for breakfast the two times I was there), it was worth the extra expenditure. Ingredients are wonderful, seating copious, and I have absolutely no complaints at all. It's a new favorite!

Order ahead!!! Bring cash!!!. Some friends and I went during our lunch break. it took awhile to get our food so we will order ahead next time. But it was worth the wait. the protions are generous and the food is good and fresh. the other downside is they only take cash or checks(i think). but it was a wonderful experience. I can't wait to go again.

Best Burger in town. It was voted Best Burger because it is! I loved the chicken crepes as well. The food is very refreshing in taste, not too over-powering! The staff is friendly, the owner is fabulous and wants his customers to be happy. I love that the artwork changes every so often.
