Courteous and Prompt. Prompt and Courteous: It seems like 8:00 pm is the busy time of day for locksmiths – I swear everyone in the city was locked out! I had just finished putting my groceries in the trunk of the car, shut it, reached for my keys and Voila what do you know, they weren't there. I had locked them in the car. I randomly chose this locksmith company from the Internet list and called. I had to wait on hold for a while but the girl was apologetic. The sent the technican and he was there in just a few minutes. Opened locked car and helped me look through the groceries to find the dang keys.
