Worst Customer Service in Sacramento. Poor customer service and poor staff. 1.5 hours late the first day, and so they had to come back the second day, called and waited on hold for a half hour. I locked myself out of my car and I needed a locksmith urgent for I was on my way to work....I explained the situation to the nice girl that answered the phone and she assured me the repairman will be there as soon as possible.
